PRINTS

Our fine art prints are gicleé printed on museum-grade fine art paper with a matte finish using archival pigment inks.
Our fine art canvas prints are gicleé printed on museum-grade white canvas using archival inks.

PRINT COLORS

Please keep in mind that computer monitors can display color differently. What you see on your computer screen could conceivably vary a bit from the prints or canvases you receive. However we work with a printer that professionally calibrates and coordinates with Ken Falana Fine Art Studio to ensure accurate color reproductions of the original artworks.

PRINT SIZES

If you’re interested in purchasing a larger size print or canvas but would like to check the color first before investing in the larger item, I offer 4″x 5″ sample prints for $9 plus $2 shipping to the U.S. (for an international shipping quote, contact me) If the color is right for your space once you receive the sample, I will then subtract what you’ve paid for the sample (minus shipping) from the larger size order you place in the future. Please note this offer is only available for future orders of sizes 12×12 and larger.

PRINTS SHIP UNMATTED & UNFRAMED

Shipping framed prints can be very expensive, so we think it’s a better value to purchase standard-sized prints and place them into a ready-made frame or have them custom framed locally.

CANVAS PRINTS

Canvas prints are printed to allow enough of a border for gallery wrapping by your local framer.

SIGNED PRINTS

The Prints and canvases are signed by the artist, Ken Falana.

All sizes are listed on my shop in inches.

This site accepts all major credit cards and payment made through PayPal.

SHIPPING / PACKAGING

Prints size 12×18 and smaller ship within 5 business days. Prints size 16×16 and larger ship within 7 business days. Canvases ship within 7 business days.

SHIPPING COST

We offer free ground shipping to domestic United States addresses only.
1)Fine Art Prints and canvas prints are shipped from either my studio or my printer depending on size ordered.

PRINTS & CANVAS PACKAGING

ALL items are shipped in sturdy, waterproof packaging and carefully packed to prevent creases or bends. Prints are shipped flat or rolled depending on print size and your location. Prints 12”x 18” and smaller are placed between two pieces of strong foam board and then placed snug in a flat rigid mailer. Prints 16”x 20” and larger are gently rolled and shipped in a sturdy protective tube. Canvas prints are rolled and shipped in rigid protective waterproof tubes.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

Prints and Canvases are shipped via USPS First-Class and Priority Mail, depending on the size(s) you’ve purchased. For U.S. buyer, orders are shipped directly from my studio in Florida, USA.

SHIPPING TIMES

U.S. Buyers – Packages are usually delivered within 7 business days from the day of shipment. This however depends on what you’ve purchased and where you are located. Please note that delivery times may take longer during the holidays.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Yes, notification that your item has shipped and tracking information will be emailed to the email address you entered at checkout once your items have shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All items are custom so please consider carefully before purchasing. I will accept returns or exchanges of prints (minus initial shipping costs & return shipping costs) up to 14 days after you have received the order. I do not accept returns on large format prints or canvas prints (40”or more in dimensions). However, if you have an issue with your item(s), please contact us. We want all of my customers to be happy and satisfied with their purchase.
You will be responsible for returning prints in their original condition. If you return an item, your payment will be refunded once I receive the item in its original condition. If you need to return something, please contact us.

ITEMS ARRIVING DAMAGED

If you have received damaged prints or canvases, I require a snapshot of the damaged item before it can be replaced. Canvas damage must be reported to me within 2 business days or less, my printer offers a small window of time for canvas replacements so please get in touch with me as soon as possible with a snapshot of the damage.
